Company Liquidation

Liquidation of company is simple using service. A local liquidator must be appointed. The process takes time but we will take care of the whole process for you.

When you decide to stop business activities of your company, the company must be closed by voluntary liquidation. The liquidation of company takes about 6 months (depends on jurisdiction) and must be performed by a local liquidator.

For the board of the company it is a passive period and our liquidator takes care of everything for you.

Step 1. Send us company’s bank statement and balance sheet

Step 2. We will prepare the legal documents

Step 3. We will prepare the liquidation report, file it to Business Register, prepare the final report etc.
